Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a well-renowned dealership group in the area.
Job Description
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing a Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK.
The role involves managing and controlling WIP, warranty, and debtors, as well as overseeing the parts support process and maintaining Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships.
You will lead a large team and should be a dynamic, hands-on individual capable of commanding respect and trust. Your leadership will set the pace for the team, fostering positive approaches to achieving business results.
Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling sales activity by reviewing performance with team members and implementing necessary improvements. You should be adept at problem-solving, making decisions responsibly, and taking ownership of your actions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a progressive career, possess a good understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques, and ideally have a strong technical background. A commercially minded manager with a flair for selling your department is preferred.
