Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
6. Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and onboarding materials.
7. Coordinate and manage employee training and development schedules.
8. Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate record-keeping.
9. Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Senior Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role within Human Resources.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
14. Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
18. Ability to commute to the office 5 days a week.
