Responsibilities
* Demonstrate independent work with minimal direction, act with urgency, and handle customer concerns.
* Coach Customer Consultants to achieve exceptional service standards and support store management.
* Maintain store layout, inventory, and other operations while ensuring audit documentation and opening/closing procedures are completed.
* Use storytelling about products to enhance the customer experience, manage sales trends, and assist store management in recruiting appropriate staff.
* Operate multiple retail systems, meet sales/performance targets, and coordinate with customers, team members, and management.
* Support store management in driving sales and profit, coach customer consultants, and uphold company procedures and brand values.

* Experience working in customer service, passion for beauty and retail.
* Strong communication, listening, and operational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; build rapport and provide solutions.
* Positive mindset, willingness to develop.
