岗位职责:
* 全流程仓储运营管理:管控欧洲区入库、在库、出库事项,监控数据,对接采销与三方装卸服务商,统筹库内操作,调度拣货资源,保障货物存储安全与流转效率。
* 跨条线协同:对接总部及洲际配送、质控等模块,同步策略与反馈;联动旺季方案落地,协调异常处理,对接检查及新项目承接。
* 仓储基建:推进各国仓储开建、搬迁、扩建,统筹旺季临时仓租退及运营保障。
* 跨域协调:调配跨中心、国家人员与资源,对接检查自查,落实安全管理。
任职要求:
* 大学本科及以上学历;物流及供应链等相关专业
* 中英双语、有当地语言、工作经验优先
* 熟练使用excel、PPT等办公软件,对数据敏感
* 有5年以上物流行业经验
Job Responsibilities
* Full-Process Warehouse Operations Management: Manage incoming, in-stock, and outgoing warehouses in Europe, monitor data, connect with procurement and sales and third-party loading and unloading service providers, coordinate in-warehouse operations, dispatch picking resources, and ensure safe storage and efficient cargo flow.
* Cross-Line Collaboration: Connect with headquarters and intercontinental distribution, quality control, and other modules to synchronize strategies and feedback; coordinate the implementation of peak season plans, handle exceptions, coordinate inspections, and undertake new projects.
* Warehouse Infrastructure: Promote the construction, relocation, and expansion of warehouses in various countries, coordinate temporary warehouse lease terminations and operational support during peak seasons.
* Cross-Domain Coordination: Deploy personnel and resources across centers and countries, coordinate inspections and self-inspections, and implement safety management.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
* Bilingual in Chinese and English, with local language skills preferred. Experience preferred.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, with a strong data-driven mindset.
* Five or more years of experience in the logistics industry.
