We are recruiting for an Audit Manager on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice based on the outskirts of Bicester. The firm offers a full range of services to a varied client base, from sole traders and SMEs through to much larger companies.

As Audit Manager your responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them, communicating with them effectively throughout the audit cycle
2. Managing teams through the planning, fieldwork and completion of audit engagements
3. Monitoring budgets and keeping the partner updated on progress
4. Manage and mentor junior team members with the ability to give constructive feedback
5. Statutory accounts preparation
6. Ensuring the effective and timely delivery of engagements
7. Assist in tendering for new clients
8. Maintaining and developing client relationships, both written communication and conducting face to face meetings
