The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth of a product. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands on team, able to manage a team with varying levels of experience, is digitally savvy, and is excited about making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and optimise the company’s digital presence (website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) with an inhouse team.
Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, and product marketing materials
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
Coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives
Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
