Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying and generating leads.
2. Converting prospects into customers, liaising and coordinating with other members of the sales team.
3. Providing sales support and nurturing relationships with customers.
4. Generating leads and potential sales opportunities through cold calling and online market research.
5. Liaising with the Business Development Manager to target potential customers.
6. Processing orders from new and existing customers.
7. Providing sales support to the sales manager.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
* Fluency in multiple languages (desirable).
* Experience with ERP systems and CRM data entry.
* Previous sales and telesales experience (advantageous).
