Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Knowsley, based within the MASH team.
Responsibilities:
As a social worker in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to referrals concerning the welfare of children and young people. Your duties include gathering and analyzing information from various agencies, such as the police, health services, and education providers, to make informed decisions about the level of risk and appropriate interventions. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a coordinated and timely response to safeguarding concerns. Additionally, you will conduct initial assessments, participate in strategy discussions, and provide support and guidance to families and children in need of protection. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
