Permanent Post, Lisburn Campus, 36 hours per week.
We currently have a vacancy for a Technician in Electronics.

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Head of School, the post-holder will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to lecturers/courses in the relevant curriculum area.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Electronics.
* Demonstrate practical experience of developing electronic systems or circuits.
* Demonstrate effective organisational skills.
* Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
* Demonstrate competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* Have a minimum of 6 months industrial or professional experience in an electronic engineering role.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Arduino or microprocessor systems.
