This role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 12 NHS properties across West Cornwall, primarily based at Camborne and Redruth Community Hospital. It is a reactive position requiring site attendance at short notice. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Who are you

You’re a flexible and motivated individual, ready to respond quickly to site needs across West Cornwall. Whether you're a recent graduate starting out or someone with a genuine interest in property or FM experience, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring to the role:

* Broad FM and Property experience
* Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work
* Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
* Experience of working with budgets
* Experience of supplier management and dealing with challenging situations
* Management and co-ordination of onsite contractor and suppliers (Pre, during & post working activities)
* IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
