Duties/Responsibilities
* Oversee the design, execution, and reporting of site investigations and environmental assessments
* Ensure high standards in the preparation and review of technical documents, including risk assessments and remediation strategies
* Serve as the technical lead on mid- to large-scale projects
* Lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary input to meet deadlines and budgetsProvide direct supervision and mentoring to Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers
* Support the Associate in managing project resources and maintaining delivery schedules
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients on project-related matters
* Promote a safety-first culture within the team and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
About You
* Degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
* Ideally 6+ years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy
* Chartered status or working toward chartership preferred
* Proven experience in managing complex site investigations and environmental assessments
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
* Commitment to professional development and mentoring junior staff
* Valid Driver’s License required
