Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established market leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to provide comprehensive legal admin in an in-house commercial environment.
The successful Legal Executive will be comfortable handling company commercial, litigation and employment law.
What will the role involve?
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDA’s, service contracts and supplier agreements
* Managing contentious commercial work, including disputes and contract enforcement
* Liaising with legal counsel and providing general advice and administrative support across the business
* Handling employment law matters and drafting contracts, policies and procedures
* General legal administrative support and acting as the expert contact for stakeholders
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar Legal Executive, Paralegal or Company Legal Secretary role essential
* Strong understanding of company/commercial, litigation and employment law
* Competent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
