Responsibilities
* Be the face and product of Soccer Stars in each class - positively interact with parents, school directors and children each day.
* Deliver energetic and enjoyable coaching sessions in line with Soccer Stars progressive curriculum.
* Report directly to the territory owner on all aspects of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
* Effectively engage all kids to help them develop a love of soccer in a fun, imaginative, non-competitive environment.
* Effectively and clearly communicate with the school leadership teams and have a solution-oriented mindset.
* Must be reliable and punctual to all classes, allowing enough time for commuting to locations.
* Provide hands‑on individual and group attention to all kids during soccer classes
Qualifications
* Own reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 45‑minutes one‑way to get to class locations.
* Must be able to commit to a 10‑week season. For example, the spring season (March/April - June).
* Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
* Prior experience or have a strong desire to work in a pre‑school/ elementary school environment.
* Prior experience working with children preferred.
* Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
* Ability to work with different early childhood age groups. Ages 18 months‑5 years.
* Must be adaptable on the field to give children and parents the best experience possible.
* Hands‑on, dynamic, and outgoing.
* Must be able to pass a State and Federal background check prior to commencing employment.
* Availability must include select weekday mornings between 9am and 1pm
