Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Tewkesbury Gloucestershire
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle / Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee HVAC projects of varying sizes, with a focus on ventilation systems.
* Manage communication between site supervisors and clients to ensure effective project coordination.
* Handle top-level client management with confidence and conviction, resolving any issues or dependencies promptly.
* Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met.
* Work closely with site teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* HVAC/Ductwork background with extensive experience in project management, preferably managing projects up to £1 million in value.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large scale to multiple smaller-scale projects.
* Strong commercial background and business development skills.
* Established network within the HVAC industry, including supplier and labour contacts.
* Ability to travel as needed to support business operations.
* Leadership experience, with the capability to build and manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
