Clinical Sales Specialist – Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Technologies


This role is ideal for individuals with a strong physiotherapy background or those who have competed at a high level in sport, looking to apply their clinical and performance knowledge in a dynamic commercial setting.


You’ll support sports professionals and physiotherapy teams in enhancing recovery, movement, and patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies, while thriving within a supportive, positive, and collaborative company culture that values teamwork, growth, and genuine enjoyment in everyday success.


Key Responsibilities


1. Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in line with the national commercial strategy.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities across private physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation centres, professional sports teams, and selected NHS settings.
3. Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals, providing demonstrations and clinical training to physiotherapists and healthcare teams.
4. Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and educational presentations to ensure confident product use and best practices.
5. Build long-term partnerships with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and clinical leads to drive advocacy and referrals.
