As a Senior Contact Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all outbound contact campaigns (text / SMS, outbound dialler) generated within the Servicing and Collections & Recoveries teams. You will work closely with the Workforce Planning Manager to ensure that campaigns are completed in line with requirements, whilst optimising operational resources. You will create data and MI to monitor campaign performance and work with Credit Risk and Operational teams to provide insights and propose enhancements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Deliver and optimise operational contact strategies
2. Create MI reporting and conduct data analysis from multiple sources
3. Develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel for performance insights
4. Manage intra-day and intra-month strategy execution
5. Manage outbound contact pacing to meet SLAs and contact strategy requirements
6. Collaborate with operational and credit risk teams to improve outbound strategies and maximize contactability
7. Identify and oversee tactical campaigns to meet strategic goals, optimize loan performance, and minimize portfolio risk
8. Ensure compliance with credit risk controls, legal, regulatory, and conduct policies
9. Support an efficient operating model by integrating knowledge from regulated and unregulated sectors
Qualifications
Essential skills and experience include:
* Understanding of industry-standard collections strategies and outbound mechanisms
* Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on operational realities
* Experience working with large data sets and deriving insights
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and coding (SQL/R or equivalent)
* Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OFCOM, CONC, MCOB)
* Experience in a regulated financial environment within Collections and Recoveries
