Job Description As an Intermediary Sales Manager you will lead a team of Telephony Account Managers (TAMs) operating within the specialist property lending sector. The role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring high-quality business submission, and fostering strong intermediary relationships. The manager will provide strategic direction, coaching and development to the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a high standard of broker service. The role combines people leadership with hands-on sales strategy, requiring a good understanding of the intermediary market, lending criteria and packaging standards. The manager will champion a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and proactive broker engagement. As the Intermediary Sales Manager we are looking for someone to: Lead, coach and develop a team of Telephony Account Managers Conduct regular 1;1s, performance reviews and personal development planning Deliver training and onboarding new team members Foster a high performance culture aligned with company values Set and monitor team KPIs and sales targets, ensuring consistent delivery against objectives Support TAMs in developing territory and account plans to maximise broker engagement and business quality Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Oversee the management of key intermediary relationships, ensuring high levels of service and conversion Supporting TAMs in delivering concierge style case management and packaging support Ensure consistent adherence to underwriting standards, packaging requirements and compliance principles Represent the business at industry events and forums as required
