What you’ll do on a typical day:

* Lead and drive the warehouse operation from the front ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of world-class service to our customer
* Drive communication, engagement and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes
* Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount, overseeing shift briefs and handovers
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
* Manage and develop your team of First Line Manager s
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics operation,
e-Commerce exposure would be beneficial
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and customers
