A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Agency Team. We are seeking a detail-oriented person to become part of the team as an Agency Team Member who can follow our processes to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, support offshore team members, and meet quality assurance standards. The Agency Technician is a key role reporting to the Agency Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for performing the day-to-day processing activities of the core UK processes and acting as a referral point for offshore team members to ensure all Broker processes and systems meet business and regulatory requirements.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home includes attending office locations, visiting clients, or industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
* Process new broker appointments in line with regulatory requirements and broker controls.
* Maintain broker records according to regulatory standards.
* Perform quality and audit checks against broker processes, protocols, and IFC controls.
* Support and maintain e-administration links to brokers (eServe, IMarket, eSettlement, Connect, etc.).
* Control and maintain the AXAI Covernote system per broker controls.
* Become a technical expert to oversee activities ensuring delivery of service standards in line with best practices.
* Manage workflow according to broker processes and SLA agreements.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, providing training and support.
* Contribute to delivery of Broker/COO key priorities through personal alignment to specific actions.

What you’ll bring:
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with all business areas and brokers, supporting our India function.
* Proven experience in a professional service’s administrative role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, working on case loads to meet SLA deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail, including quality checking work of yourself and others.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other software.
