Job Title: HR Generalist
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support at our production site in Campsie. The role involves supporting Operational Managers across all aspects of their people strategy and being a vital member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making aligned with business objectives.
2. Monitor HR data for accuracy and quality management.
3. Provide HR advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in accordance with company policy and employment legislation across the Irish manufacturing network.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Support managers in staff management and achieving departmental objectives.
6. Drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
8. Assist in developing departmental development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with HR procedures and monitor implementation.
10. Collaborate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
11. Resolve HR issues efficiently, minimizing costs.
12. Perform HR administration duties and maintain personnel records.
13. Provide data to Payroll for accurate monthly payroll administration.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR-related role with employee relations expertise.
* HR or relevant degree preferred.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC advantageous.
* Proficient in HR databases and MS Office applications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands:
Presence on a manufacturing site required, with adherence to PPE and EHS policies.
Travel:
Approximately 10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
