This is a full-time supply position to start as soon as possible, with potential for long-term continuation. About the Role / Role Overview: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating, secure, and inclusive learning environment where children aged 3–5 can thrive. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Early Years curriculum and fostering a love for learning during the most crucial stage of development. EYFS Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. Promote positive attitudes to learning through imaginative play, storytelling, and interactive activities. Monitor and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records of progress. Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development in a nurturing classroom setting. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistent support at home and in school. Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all children in line with school and statutory policies. EYFS Teacher Job Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification. Experience teaching within an EYFS setting in a UK primary school. In-depth understanding of the Early Years curriculum and child development milestones. A nurturing, creative, and proactive approach to early childhood education. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children and families.
