Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, ensuring the smooth management of lettings while providing exceptional service to clients and tenants. This role requires excellent communication abilities, with a preference for multilingual candidates to cater to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
* Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiries through to tenancy agreements.
* Conduct viewings and property inspections, showcasing available flats to prospective tenants.
* Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns promptly.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and tenants.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties are well-maintained.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
* Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
