 
        
        Responsibilities
 * Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to help shape and implement the Netball Super League's marketing and communications strategy.
 * Plan and deliver marketing activity for centralised Netball Super League and England Netball events, including leading on ticket sales, in-venue branding and activations.
 * Design and deliver marketing campaigns for ticket sales and other income streams across England Netball and the Netball Super League, including local, digital and email marketing.
 * Lead and manage paid, above the line media campaigns for England Netball ticketing, merchandise, programme participation and Netball Super League ticketing.
 * Support the delivery of the Netball Super League's marketing output, including responsibilities across social media coverage for live fixtures, content creation and marketing materials.
 * Proactively look for opportunities to grow the competition, engage fans and reach new audiences.
 * Maintain excellent operational processes and establish effective ways of working within England Netball and the Netball Super League.
 * Work with the wider Marketing and Communications team to ensure all social media, CRM and website activity is linked to commercial goals.
 * Work with the Commercial Partnerships team to ensure partner campaigns are delivered successfully and bring creative ideas for how partners could work with the league.
 * Work with the Events team to ensure marketing materials are delivered for major events.
 * Project manage marketing campaigns and manage agencies to deliver work to time and within budget.
 * Ensure all Netball Super League and England Netball marketing activity is within brand guidelines.
 * Look at EN marketing activity through the lens of underrepresented communities ensuring Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is considered across campaigns.
 * Provide regular reports and summaries for all marketing activity and campaigns.
 * Regularly monitor the sports environment to keep up to date with current digital trends and content ideas that can be implemented by the Netball Super League.
Qualifications and experience
 * Comprehensive experience in creating and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
 * Experience of working on corporate social media channels.
 * A strong communicator. You have excellent written and spoken English.
 * Organised and able to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple campaigns with great attention to detail and ability to keep track of deadlines.
 * Proven experience delivering ticket sales, ideally for a sports or events organisation.
 * Dedicated to Difference and have a passion for actively looking at marketing through the lens of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
 * Great team worker. You have a collaborative, 'one team' approach to working and an ability to maintain close constructive working relationships at all levels.
 * Self-starter who is enthusiastic and confident with a 'can-do' attitude who is motivated to work both in a team environment and independently when hybrid working. You are curious with a willingness to learn quickly.
 * You are able to work anti-social hours occasionally, including evenings or weekend events. You can easily work from the Head office and have an appropriate working space for hybrid working.
 * Resilient when faced with competing demands and have an ability to use initiative and be proactive.
 * A natural at building great relationships.
 * Passionate about professionalising women's sport.
 * Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities.
Desirable qualifications
 * Experience of compelling storytelling, with an eye for detail. You can sell a story to a diverse audience through different channels.
 * It would be beneficial if you have worked in a sporting environment and have an interest in the Sports Industry.
 * Experience of using website content management systems.
 * Digitally savvy with the ability to create quality videos and animations.
 * Adobe suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
 * Previous success with either email marketing, local OOH marketing or digital marketing.
 * Part CIM qualified or a desire to learn.
 * Some weekend and evening working is required, particularly around event time.
