Deputy Home Manager – Nursing Home Location: Near Milton Keynes Salary: £52,500 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager ready to advance your nursing career? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse to join our well-established nursing home near Milton Keynes. About the Role As the Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. You’ll provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and welcoming environment.
