Warranty Telesales Advisor Home Based - Part time
Location: Withing 30 miles of Hinckley, will be in the office maybe once per month
Salary: £20,000 OTE £30,000 -
Hours: 30 per week Monday to saturday (flexible - to suit) choose your own hours in the week
We are currently recruiting for a experienced candidate with Warranty and sales experience
This is a great opportunity to work from home, and set your own hours to include a saturday, you will be provided with Mobile and laptop and extra screen
Warranty Telesales Advisor
We're looking for a motivated, self-disciplined Telesales Advisor to join our home-based team, focused on selling vehicle warranties to customers who didn't purchase an extended warranty at point of sale.
Responsibilities: ·
Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties
Sell policies on either a monthly rolling subscription or 1–2 year Gold cover policy
Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures
Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers
Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements: ·
Experience in telesales or outbound call environments
Knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales
Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home
Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
