YourRecruit Ltd is excited to be working with a growing, dynamic business seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role – predominantly remote, ideally for candidates local to Caterham but within commuting distance of their Cobham office.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly. The successful candidate will support multiple teams, combining general administration with social media coordination and project support. You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping teams stay organised, connected, and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across HR, finance, project, and furniture teams.
* Manage emails, calls, and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital filing systems.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
* Manage and update social media channels, creating engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Support marketing initiatives, newsletters, events, and project updates.
* Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven administrative experience within the construction, commercial design, or project-based industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with digital tools.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in content creation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive, flexible, and proactive with a willingness to support colleagues across the business.
* Reliable and discreet when handling confidential information.
Working Arrangement & Salary:
* Predominantly remote, with occasional visits to the Cobham office.
* Ideally local to Caterham or within commuting distance between Caterham and Cobham.
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility where needed.
* Salary: Up to £30,000
