Youll work closely with NHS clinicians and community teams, managing a caseload of up to 25 participants, helping them gain and sustain employment aligned with their goals using Individual Placement and Support (IPS) principles. Your role will drive real impact, meeting targets for referrals, job starts, and sustained employment, while improving lives every day. Location: Birmingham/Solihull You will have: Proven experience in supporting people to obtain or keep work. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets. Proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals. In return, you will receive: 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday. 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year.
