Your role will be vital in expanding firm’s use of Innovation and client facing technology, including document and workflow automation, artificial intelligence, and client collaboration tools to help streamline legal service delivery and improve client experience.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
* Managing a portfolio of client-facing knowledge technologies, helping to drive their ongoing development, adoption, and engagement, ensuring maximum value is leveraged
* Collaborating with knowledge, innovation, and lawyer teams to assess business requirements and take new ideas from inception to deployment, with clear KPIs
* Acting as product owner for client-facing collaborative platforms, developing roadmaps, governance, guidance, and training
* Working with IT to develop practical solutions for internal and client-facing business issues using internal technology stack
* Assisting with the introduction, training, and embedding of new legal client-facing technologies
* Engaging directly with end users to understand requirements and provide advice on technology enhancements
* Testing and developing new solutions with stakeholders, combining legal knowledge and emerging technologies
* Providing advice and support on firm’s external collaboration platform and client technology solutions
* Analyzing data within platforms to inform decisions and improve usage
* Promoting and supporting the use of these technologies through training and demonstrations
* Supporting client pitches and handling client inquiries related to knowledge platforms
* Keeping up to date with new developments and benchmarking ideas
* Supporting knowledge projects as needed
It is essential to comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
This role is right for you if:
* You have experience with client-facing technologies (e.g., HighQ, DocuSign, AI) and understand governance
* Experience with document automation tools like Contract Express is beneficial
* You have built workflow automation using low/no-code solutions
* You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting
* You can map processes and develop technical requirements supporting innovation
* You possess strong IT skills and enjoy learning new technologies
* A relevant qualification is beneficial, but experience is also valued
* You have 2+ years in a KM or legal technology role within a professional services environment
