What you’ll do:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted face of Water Technologies at customer sites, completing a variety of water hygiene tasks, including:
* Temperature monitoring, water sampling, and shower cleans and descales
* TMV servicing and cold water storage tank inspections and disinfecting
* Assisting with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations
* Recording and reporting work using digital tools (ZetaSafe, Word, Excel)
* Building strong client relationships and offering proactive recommendations

♂️ What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Legionella control services
* Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 (training desirable if not yet achieved)
* Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email
* Full UK driving licence
* A team player with strong communication and time management skills
* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
* Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
