As a Project Support Officer for Hotel Openings, you will be supporting IT Project Manager in playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our products and solutions in new hotel establishments. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the project team, hotel management, and other stakeholders. This role requires you to have a proactive approach, have a detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* Communicate with hotel management and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on suitable solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and designers, to ensure project requirements are met.
* Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project milestones and potential issues.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
* Support the training and onboarding of hotel staff on our product solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management or project support roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of systems such as Network Infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, AV & IoT.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel to various locations for project deployments as needed.
