Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Manager to deliver best in class marketing across our hotel, restaurant, spa, events, and property sales businesses. This is an execution‑led role for a true marketing all‑rounder who enjoys getting stuck in, takes ownership of delivery, and brings ideas to the table.
Working to the annual marketing strategy, you will execute campaigns across digital, CRM, web, and printed collateral, ensuring brand consistency, commercial impact, and strong storytelling throughout. You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and our in‑house content creator to ensure briefs are clear, assets are delivered beautifully, and campaigns are executed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Delivery
* Deliver marketing campaigns across hotel, restaurant, spa, events, and property sales, from briefing through to execution and reporting.
* Own campaign timelines, asset delivery, approvals, and quality control across all touchpoints.
* Support commercial initiatives and launches, ensuring all sales and marketing materials are accurate, current, and on‑brand.
Email Marketing and CRM
* Build, write, and deploy email marketing campaigns and onboarding flows across multiple business areas.
* Take ownership of copy, segmentation, and execution within the CRM, working within brand templates and guidelines.
* Ensure campaigns are customer‑focused, well‑targeted, and commercially effective.
* Monitor performance and report on growth and engagement using dashboards and insights from internal and third‑party tools.
Digital and Web
* Manage website content updates through the content management system, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and aligned to campaign priorities.
* Act as the internal conduit between the in‑house content creator and external agencies managing paid media and organic social.
* Assist agencies with briefs, asset coordination, approvals, and campaign optimisation.
Brand, Creative and Collateral
* Champion the brand tone of voice across all written communications.
* Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, menus, sales decks, and promotional materials using brand templates and tools such as Canva.
* Ensure all assets meet luxury brand standards and are delivered consistently across channels and locations.
Additional Marketing Support
* Prepare awards submissions, charity collaboration materials, and supporting documentation.
* Support sales teams by maintaining up‑to‑date property and commercial marketing materials.
* Contribute ideas and insights to marketing planning, bringing creativity while remaining delivery‑focused
Person Specification
Experience and Skills
* Proven experience in a marketing all‑rounder or marketing manager role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or a similarly complex multi‑line business.
* Strong hands‑on experience delivering digital campaigns, particularly email marketing and CRM execution.
* Confidence building and deploying emails within established templates, including copywriting, segmentation, and reporting.
* Experience working with customer data platforms and marketing systems, with a strong understanding of segmentation and insights.
* Comfortable creating polished marketing collateral using tools such as Canva.
* Experience working with agencies and managing asset delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Communication and Storytelling
* An excellent written communicator with a strong command of written English.
* A natural storyteller who understands how to adapt tone of voice for a luxury audience.
* Able to follow a brief precisely while also elevating it with thoughtful ideas and creative flair.
