Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable experiences through authentic customer service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them about our products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, and adhering to safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and following policies for security, safety, and stock accuracy.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty through updates on collections and gathering customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
