Why Us?
It’s time to join West Lancs as we embark on delivering our new and ambitious Vision and Priorities. With a focus on environmental sustainability, generating economic prosperity, building inclusive & healthy communities and financial resilience, we are looking for exceptional candidates to help shape our future. You will be joining an organisation that puts its customers first, takes responsibility and works together with a can-do attitude, all while challenging the status quo to deliver exceptional outcomes for our communities.
Your Role!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every voice is heard. Your work will help to shape a culture of continuous improvement, supporting key objectives and priorities that make a real impact. You’ll play a vital part in developing smarter, evidence-driven approaches that raise the bar for performance.
You’ll monitor and communicate progress against key performance measures, while helping to create new indicators and ambitious targets that keep us moving forward. Your ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks will be essential in maintaining the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll engage with every aspect of customer service and compliance. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll assist the delivery of repairs and testing with minimal disruption—making the process seamless and stress-free. Collaboration is key: you’ll support the Repairs & Servicing Team in working across the organisation and alongside Elected Members, colleagues at all levels, and partner organisations.
If you’re passionate about excellence, thrive on collaboration, and want to make a tangible difference, this is your opportunity to shine.
