1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We're working on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing organisation based in Alfreton, to recruit a talented and motivated 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in IT support whos looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Youll be the first point of contact for users across the business, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, escalating where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users (on-site and remote)
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
* Set up new users, manage accounts, and maintain Active Directory
* Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
* Document support issues and solutions for knowledge base purposes
