Global Payroll Expert
Fully Remote (UK)
We’re supporting a global investment firm with the hire of a Global Payroll Expert to further strengthen their team.
This role reports directly to the Global Head of Payroll (NYC) and is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong payroll professional to step into a high-profile position.
About the role:
1. Manage payroll delivery for approximately 200 employees across 12 countries and 26 payrolls in Europe & APAC.
2. Ensure accurate payroll funding, pensions, GL files, audits, and compliance reporting.
3. Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries globally.
4. Support global mobility and employment tax activities, alongside ad hoc HR/payroll projects.
About you:
1. Proven global payroll experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, or investment firms.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance, with advanced Excel skills (Workday experience a plus).
3. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as an individual contributor in a lean team.
4. Able to start no later than September 2025.
