Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client's EMEA team, focusing on the vibrant hospitality sector to build strong, lasting relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and strategically grow revenue within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the trusted advisor and main liaison for key client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Partner with the Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, upsell solutions to meet their specific needs. Close sales and achieve all quarterly and annual sales targets with Sales Team.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our solutions against client objectives.
* Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics. Prepare regular status reports and collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across EMEA.
* Manage new property openings to ensure brand standard compliance. Oversee customer purchasing systems, coordinate with corporate distributors, and collaborate with internal Operations and Finance teams.
Qualifications & Skills
* A minimum of 3 years of proven success in regional sales management, with hotel supplier experience is an advantage.
* A Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Large account management experience is a must
* A strong track record of growing sales of consumables (e.g., OSE, Textiles, Amenities) to the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
* Proven client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects without compromising on detail.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must (Excel Test is required)
