As a Branch Supervisor based in Farnborough, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch to meet branch targets Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers Help to develop the customer base and increase sales Motivate the team to achieve goals Supervise the team to endure they are clear on their work priorities This is a Full Time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am- 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am- 12.00pm.
