CAD Technician
Overvie
wMy clients are looking for a motivated individual with a foundational level of competency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has basic CAD skills and is keen to develop further within a supportive environment. Every project we deliver requires accurate recording of installed assets and services, all of which must be prepared and submitted in CAD format. While the CAD work involved does not require a fully trained CAD Technician, the role offers significant opportunity for growth

Key Responsibiliti
* esProduce and update CAD drawings to record installed assets and services for all project
* s.Ensure drawings meet required standards and are submitted in the correct forma
* t.Attend construction sites in the Preston area at least twice per week to gather information, verify installations, and liaise with site team
* s.Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure accurate documentatio
* n.Maintain organised records and support the wider team with drawing-related task
* s.Communicate clearly and professionally both in person on-site and via emai
