Agile Transformation Coach
UK
In the context of transforming AXA XL towards more business agility (flexibility, adaptability, speed, effectiveness, scalability, simplicity), we are looking for an Agile Transformation Coach to co-build and support the agility transformation plan (covering practices, way of working and culture), as well as to ensure that expected impacts and benefits associated with this transformation are delivered.
To achieve this transformation, the role provides expert advice, best practices, and coaching to the entire organization (from operational to strategic levels) on deploying agile practices across all dimensions (culture change, organizational agility, management styles, ways of working), including continuous improvement.
The Agile Transformation Coach will be a member of the Agile Centre of Expertise, part of the Transformation & Change team. They will collaborate with all functions and regions to enable and accelerate AXA XL’s transformation.
Responsibilities
1. Support agility transformation: Develop a new culture in collaboration with HR, ensure a mindset shift including leadership and management, promote consistency of Agile practices, and improve methodologies outlined in our handbook. Provide training, facilitate organizational development, and enable continuous improvement.
2. Coaching role: Advise leadership and management through awareness sessions, share best practices, mentor teams and individuals, facilitate large-scale workshops, train teams, and define metrics to measure transformation success.
Required Skills and Abilities
* Significant experience in agile transformation within a global corporate organization.
* Experience in change management during transformation initiatives.
* Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
* Proven training experience across key Agile roles.
* Knowledge of governance structures in Agile programs.
* Experience with Jira is an advantage.
* High maturity in people interface skills across cultures and organizational levels.
* Proactive, flexible, and open-minded attitude.
* Creative, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinking.
* Self-aware, capable of giving and receiving feedback.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
