Join to apply for the Recruitment Coordinator (6 month FTC) role at Cellular Origins.
Cell cellular therapy company focused on advancing life-saving therapies through automated manufacturing solutions. You will be the custodian of candidate experience, enabling Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on sourcing and attracting high-quality applications. This role will involve scheduling interviews, diary management, and ensuring timely feedback to candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, functions, and time zones.
* Book interview rooms, manage on-site logistics, and set up video calls as required.
* Draft and send timely, professional candidate communications, including progression and rejection emails.
* Update the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to maintain accurate candidate records.
* Provide interviewers with candidate information, CVs, and ATS profile links.
* Liaise with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment outcomes.
* Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team.
* Comply with quality management processes and organisational standards.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and diary management skills.
* Excellent written communication and grammar.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience in administration isn’t essential, but clear evidence of strong organisational and communication skills is required.
* Collaborative, people-focused, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* Willingness to learn and address problems effectively; adaptable in a dynamic environment.
* Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. On-site work at our campus in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire.
