What makes this role exciting CloudPay is looking for an experienced and proactive Ireland Payroll Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of payroll professionals within a bureau environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services while maintaining high customer satisfaction and team performance. This role combines technical payroll expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to process improvement in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You must already be living in the UK to apply for the role and have full eligibility to work in the UK. The company will NOT sponsor a work visa for this position. Main responsibilities Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of payroll professionals, ensuring their development and performance. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team check-ins Guide on complex payroll issues and ensure the team adheres to company policies and legal requirements. Provide payroll system training and guidance on annual updates to the new team members Payroll Operations: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, processing, reporting, and reconciliation. Ensure the accurate & timely completion of Irish payrolls. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of escalation for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Attend monthly client calls and follow up on queries.
