Alongside being a manager, you will also play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Store Manager would be:
* Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
* Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
* Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
* Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands-on within the store when needed
* Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Store Manager candidate would have:
* Experience within retail management - preferably in a food store setting (required)
* Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
* Sound commercial and business acumen
* A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
* The ability to multi-task, be self-assured and organised
