As part of our organisation, you will need to be able to build a relationship with this student to help tailor your approach to cater for their additional needs and preferences. Responsibilities
The role involves building a relationship with the student to tailor your tutoring approach to accommodate their needs and preferences. You may pursue long-term, short-term, or market-curious engagements. We provide support and welcome your inquiry.
Compensation
The pay for Fully Qualified Tutors is £25-30 per hour. It is desirable for applicants to hold a full UK driving licence as a selection of the pupils will need to be tutored within their home/at a local library.
Requirements
* A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves.
* An excellent grasp and understanding of the English Language.
* An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided).
* A strong subject knowledge of the specialism and curriculum of your choice.
* Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.
* GCSE delivery experience (Desirable) and UK Delivery experience (Essential).
* Professional references from your two most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
