Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Loughton, Essex
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Starting ASAP
Pay: From £13.69 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver personalised support to students with complex needs, including ASD, SLD, - PMLD, and those exhibiting challenging behaviours
• Provide personal care, including wheelchair assistance and hoisting
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Requirements:
• Experience with students with severe and profound learning difficulties
• Familiarity with ASD, PMLD, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs
• Skill in managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy
• Must be willing to do personal care
