Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person-centred community nursing care across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
* Administer medications, treatments, and complete accurate assessments and documentation.
* Monitor patients’ conditions and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
* Manage your caseload, ensuring timely and high-quality care.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months relevant NHS/community experience within the last 2 years.
* Active NMC registration.
* Own transport for travel between visits.
* Valid NHS Smartcard.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
