Description and requirements
Our Building Services Team is looking for a General Manager to join the on-site Facilities Services team at Barts Hospital. As a General Manager you will support the project lead in the management and delivery of the project and programme within budget, to meet contractual requirements and to the satisfaction of internal and external key stakeholders.
You’ll:
1. Support the project lead in the management and delivery of the project and programme within budget, to meet contractual requirements and to the satisfaction of internal and external key stakeholders
2. Lead and complete the change program, to facilitate profitability, contract compliance, and effective delivery of the Hard Service Facilities Management provision
3. Innovate to create growth by realising available opportunities including Life Cycle
4. Take a positive and highly visible lead in developing relationships with the Client and to lead negotiations with the Client Project Team
