Our client is a busy Country Hotel in the Buckingham area who are recruiting a Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce ro prepare a la carte restaurant meals to AA rosette levels as well as weddings and functions. xsngvjr You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence.
