The Role
As a Salesforce Service Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in Dojo’s Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. Working closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Salesforce teams, you will help deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance Customer and Colleague experiences. Your focus will be on translating business requirements into technical solutions for Salesforce workstreams.
What You'll Do
* Work with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to define Salesforce requirements and understand business processes.
* Design high-level Salesforce solutions to ensure a consistent experience for users.
* Collaborate with teams to develop roadmaps for Dojo’s Salesforce programme.
* Provide architecture guidance to implementation teams to ensure alignment with overall solution vision & design.
* Identify opportunities to improve Dojo processes using Salesforce.
* Lead functional teams, ensure consistent design approaches, and mentor team members for growth.
* Ensure solutions are robust and scalable for Dojo’s future needs.
