Key Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 6 months' post-registration experience within the NHS is essential. Experience specifically in crisis intervention work within mental health settings is highly desirable. Professional Registration: Valid UK NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) PIN. DBS: Current enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Immunisations: Up-to-date immunization records. Skills: Proven ability to assess and manage risk, strong de-escalation skills, excellent report-writing, and IT proficiency. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act is crucial.
