What will I be doing?
1. Preparation and timely delivery of monthly management accounts including insightful commentary.
2. Full exposure and analysis across both Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
3. Monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany.
4. Quarterly compiling and filing of the UK VAT Return (HMRC - UK Tax Office).
5. Supervise and manage the weekly Client invoicing.
6. Management of the weekly Supplier payments and Cash Flow forecast and control.
7. Identify areas of improvement and implement robust processes.
8. Cross-department collaboration inclusive of attending and speaking in business meetings.
What do we need from you?
9. Fully/partially qualified CIMA, ACCA, or AAT with a track record of delivering monthly reporting.
10. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in management accounting.
11. Experience in supporting UK legal entities, knowledge of HMRC VAT submissions, and audit requirements.
12. Strong Excel skills and ideally exposure to an integrated ERP system and Coupa (Oracle Netsuite a plus).
13. Excellent communication/written skills in English.
14. Driven to support and implement continuous improvement to processes.
